About!
The world of Local Losers is mostly based in reality with some fictional elements in place. The setting is a fictional town in Canada called Vintage Heights. It's a fairly diverse area with plenty of corner stores and beloved rundown convenience stores. There's that guy who runs the hot-dog stand who just showed up one day and no one really knows where he came from, but his hot-dogs are bomb so no one really cares. Life moves too fast, no need to question the small things.

An aloof teen who comes off as carefree and fun but has repressed anger towards his absent father. He can be internally pessimistic but he's doing his best to be better!Associated Song: Loser

"Ahh,, I have a history test next week to study for, but Zed said he'd help me out! He takes good notes. Hehe, nerd. He always aces that class..."
"Oh! A friend of mine. We're pretty close, we've known each other a while. He tells me I should take better notes, but why do that when I have him? I like our current arrangement it works for me, which is what's important here."
"Ok, I guess I see how that sounds bad but don't worry, I'm joking. He's helped me a lot in other ways, I definitely owe him. I think you'd like him once you get him to open up. He's fun to be around."
"Ah well I gotta go, I promised my kid sister we'd hang out today. She's so funny, never a dull moment around her. Anyways it was nice meeting you, take care!"

Having lived with his abusive mother in his early years, he's still learning healthy forms of expression. He isn't the best with words but rather he shows it through actions.Associated Song: The Fall
"Oh hey, did you need something? Haven't seen you around before."
"Ah well, hi. Sorry, I'm not the best at small talk. I never really know what to say. I can show you around though if you want. Oh, but have you seen a guy named Rei around by any chance?"
"That bonehead.. He's a terrible notetaker so he always comes crying to me when we have an exam. "
"Oh, don't get me wrong I'm just teasing. The guy's my best friend, I'm not just gonna let him fail the class. He helps me out with our biology homework so I owe him anyways. He's still a dork though haha."
